Beef Seekh Kababs (320g)
The Seekh Kabab is a South Asian specialty that can now be enjoyed all around the world. By mixing minced meat with exotic spices and then grilling to perfection, we have recreated the traditional back-home taste that makes Seekh Kababs so delicious. We hope you enjoy these tasty Kababs.

Preparation Instructions:

Pan Fry: For best results, shallow fry in a sauce pan. Place on medium heat (350 F) for 4 to 5 minutes until the Kabab is heated thoroughly.

Oven: Pre-heat oven to 400F. Place Kababs on a tray and leave in the oven for 10 minutes. For best results, spray or spread a little oil on the Kababs before placing in the oven.

Microwave: Kababs can be heated in the microwave if covered.

Serving Tips:

Enjoy Seekh Kababs with mint or cilantro chutney (sauce) or ketchup if you wish to enhance their flavor still more.
They also can be served in a wrap, roll or bun, or rolled in bread to serve them as a meal. Onions or salad could be added to the roll as well.

I just thought you wanted to focus on charcoal-grilling of beef.
